I guide my clients from start to finish as both a listing agent and a buyer’s agent. In each scenario, negotiation skills are critical. My work history as Board of Director/Vice President at International Banking Technologies prepared me for what is required in negotiating Real Estate contracts. The negotiation starts with the offer and does not end until a house closes. Negotiation skills are needed throughout the real estate process (Amendment to Address concerns, appraisal, inspections, etc.)
I have resided in the metro Atlanta area for over 35 years. I graduated from Georgia State University (Atlanta) with a degree in Business Management. I have assisted clients throughout most of the metro Atlanta area, as well as Lake Lanier properties. I am an active member of Suwanee Woman’s Club - a local service organization that helps Forsyth County residents in need.
